Here you can find the most frequently asked questions and answers about our site.
This is the online store of the Cone development team (Ádám and Gergő), where you can purchase digital products through one-time or subscription-based (annual) plans.
We primarily offer WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. In the future, we plan to expand our catalog with various Laravel/PHP packages and additional WordPress extensions and themes.
You can only purchase one product at a time.
Yes, you need to create an account and log in before you can check out with a product.
Before purchasing, you must also fill in your billing details under your account settings.
The site uses Stripe to process payments.
Depending on the product, two purchase options will be available: one-time fee or subscription. For example, the SimplePay x WooCommerce integration requires ongoing support, so we charge an annual fee. For simpler future products, like a theme, you will encounter a one-time fee.
If you purchase an integrated solution (e.g., a WordPress plugin) for which we provide regular updates, you are purchasing a license. In this case, you need to enter the license key within the installed plugin in WordPress, which allows you to install updates if you are eligible.
With a license, you can bind the product to a domain (one or more, depending on the purchase). Support is tied to the domain, and you can only use it for the specified domain(s). We monitor and filter any misuse.
There are several options: you can download it directly from the store, or install it via the auto-updater within WordPress (for plugins). Naturally, the second option is the best for a product that requires continuous updates and is integrated. For a theme, you can download the latest or previous versions under your orders.
You will also receive specific installation instructions for each product on its product page.
If you are not satisfied within 15 days of purchasing the product or it does not work as you expected, we will refund the price upon request — no questions asked.

Regarding support, please note that the products we sell are primarily aimed at developers, so support must directly relate to our packages. This is often not a clear-cut boundary, which we keep in mind, but we need to state it upfront.
Depending on the product, you can find more information on its landing page. For example, the WooCommerce SimplePay integration has its own page with plenty of useful supplementary content.
